Golden Plains Counselling and Social Support provides professional counselling, mental health and social support services across Geelong, Bannockburn, Teesdale and the Golden Plains region. We support children, adolescents, adults, couples, NDIS participants and older people to live with greater independence, connection and wellbeing.
Our services include counselling and therapeutic support, NDIS support coordination and social support, as well as in-home assistance for older people accessing Support at Home services. We take a person-centred approach, working alongside each individual and their support network to provide practical, compassionate and personalised support based on their needs, goals and choices.

Support at Home & Aged Care:
Practical in-home assistance for older people, including domestic assistance, shopping, laundry, transport and social support, designed to support independence and choice.
